All items are made to order so please allow up to three weeks to process and ship out your order. Custom and/or large orders may take longer. Contact us for expedited shipping. All orders are shipped through USPS and tracking will be provided after item has shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final unless product is defective.

If you see an existing design in our shop that you just love and want it on a different piece of glass that is also offered in our shop, contact us and we will create and send you a custom order listing for no extra charge! If you are giving an item as a gift we will include a gift note with your order for no extra charge, just indicate what you would like your card to say at checkout.
All items are handmade and one of a kind.
All colors may vary on your computer screen.
Etching is much lighter in person and will look more white on your computer screen.
All etching lasts forever and is dishwasher safe [unless the glass is too fragile]
All stemless wine glass designs are also offered on stemware, if you would like stemware, please indicate at checkout.
